Internacional SC clinched the coveted title during the fifth stage of the 2023 Alianza Tour, securing a resounding victory at the iconic Randall's Island Park. The Verizon Copa Alianza, the most prestigious tournament within the adult Hispanic community of the United States, filled its available slots by gathering 160 players, distributed among eight teams, divided into two groups.

The footballing excellence displayed on the field found resonance in the presence of 32,232 passionate supporters, who delighted in the diverse matches of the tournament throughout the weekend.

Internacional SC, which emerged atop Group A's second tier with five points at the culmination of the group stage, transcended its performance over the course of the competition and overtook the second-placed team from Group B, accumulating seven points across three thrilling encounters.

Notably, Internacional reached the final after eliminating the Group B leaders, Sambo FC, in the semifinals. Sambo FC had showcased promising results in the Group Stage but fell short of the final battle, succumbing 3-1 in the penultimate round before the Grand Final.
