Invitations Rain Down in Dallas!

The second leg of the Allstate Sueño Alianza Tour 2023, along with the search for new talent in Dallas, Texas, has ended.

For two days, over 500 young players showcased their skills in front of nine different scouts from Liga MX and MLS clubs, as well as the US Soccer, in hopes of securing an opportunity on their path to professionalism.

The Harold Patterson Sports Center was filled with excitement as the young players were divided into four teams and competed against the Dallas FC teams. They aimed to impress scouts from Chivas, Pachuca, Atlético San Luis, Bravos de Ciudad Juárez, Necaxa, and Orlegi Sports clubs (Atlas and Santos) for Liga MX, as well as Houston Dynamo and Sporting Kansas City for MLS, along with representatives from the United States Soccer Federation for youth selections.

Ninety-five players formed the white team, which secured an impressive 5-0 victory against Dallas FC. The blue team, consisting of 165 players, managed a 0-0 draw, while the black team suffered a painful 3-1 defeat with 172 players, and the pink team celebrated an 8-0 triumph with 90 players.

Following the event, Allstate Sueño Alianza awarded two invitations to the National Showcase scheduled for the end of 2023 in Phoenix. The showcase will feature a significant presence of scouts looking to strengthen their youth divisions. The lucky recipients of these invitations were Jalen Chaney and Owen Cruz.

In addition, 62 direct invitations were granted to young players to join various clubs, including Houston Dynamo (3), Chivas (3), Pachuca (6), San Luis (9), Santos and Atlas (20), and Bravos de Juárez FC (21).

Access U Foundation, an organization associated with Alianza de Futbol that connects education with collegiate sports in the United States, presented two invitations to Jalen Chaney, who qualified for the National Showcase, and Victoria Delatorre, a standout in the women's division.

Thus, Allstate Sueño Alianza continues to fulfill dreams as part of the Alianza de Futbol Tour and is preparing for its third leg, scheduled for July 8th and 9th in Houston, Texas.
