Ford Copita Alianza already has its 2022 National Champions

The Alianza de Futbol National Finals were finally completed this weekend and Ford Copita Alianza defined its new champions in the different categories.

The Ford Copita Alianza Finals gathered 46 participating teams, which enrolled a total of 720 players, all of whom were looking to qualify for a more challenging contest in 2023 as a prize.

The Panthers FC, from Denver, got the Under 13 championship after winning Group A, where they played against Blue Eagles, RSL Boys West Nava, Athletic Club. In the Grand Final, they defeated 2-1 FC Dallas RVG, defending champion.

It should be noted that Panthers FC vs. FC Dallas RVG was a titans clash, both sides gave everything on the field, keeping fans on the seat edge throughout the game.

In the U17 category, the Rebels 15-05 Urbano beat rivals with different tactics and styles to become champions. Their path began in Group B and they faced teams like Gladiators and Chicago Blues, whom they defeated 4-0 in the Final.

The Rebels came to Phoenix as reigning L.A. champion, which qualified them for the National Finals, where they won the absolute title, vacant because the 2021 champion failed to qualify for the final stage.

In addition, El Paso Locomotive proclaimed back-to-back champion, after winning the U15 category, showing all over the contest a constant supremacy, signature that always has identified them on the Tour.

El Paso, classified by winning again in its city, was the best of 10 teams and defeated Athletic Club 5-4 on penalties, after a 1-1 draw in regular time.

In the single women's category, the West Texas Rush ruled the U16, being the best of eight teams that gave everything on the field to win the coveted prize.

West Texas Rush defeated PV United NL 2-0, after getting through the Group Stage and the Final Phase, showing their quality in women's soccer.

Chivas Academy LA were the new U19 champions, after beating EP Legends 1-0 in the Final, a tough game defined by a minimum difference.

A category with 10 teams and 200 participating players was the path Chivas Academy LA had to deal with. With this, the Ford Copita Alianza champions proudly secured their place in the 2023 Dallas Cup, the most competitive international tournament in North America.
