Alianza 5v5 has gradually become one of the most acclaimed events and it is not for less, after witnessing epic encounters such as those in New York.

The current edition of the competition had 44 teams and 320 players who played, on average, four games of 24 minutes each with the intensity that is only experienced in the lightning tournament of the weekend.

Here are the champions by category:

•North East Internationals took the U10 after beating As Junior Elite 2012 2-0.

•G-Elite defeated North East Internationals 4-0 in the U12.

•The U14 category was achieved by Soccer For Fun with a 2-0 victory against the Eagles of Stanford.

•Likewise, FC Zitlaltepec was crowned in the U16 after a tight 1-0 against Ramos Soccer International.

•And finally Rams FC lifted the U18 cup by beating United FC 4-3 on penalties.

Both finalist teams received medals for their participation in the tournament, but only the champion took the trophy that consecrates it as the best in its category.
