Julie López is yet another demonstration of the great platform that Allstate Sueño Alianza's free tryout program represents for the Hispanic community in the U.S.

López was one of the outstanding players in the National Showcase in 2021. At first, she impressed in the tenth date that took place in Los Angeles and then she followed up in the National Showcase, where she received several team invitations.

Julie’s brother encouraged her to sign up in Sueño Alianza tryouts, where she caught scout's eyes instantly, according to Rafael Alarcón, Director of scouts and coaching of Alianza de Futbol: “She drew attention after showing up in Saturday, thinking about her potential we called her up on Sunday and on Sunday we corroborated her ability and talent and many of the sports qualities she has, she is a player with a lot of intensity".

López accepted LAFC’s invitation and joined up with LAFC SO CAL, one of the MLS club's affiliates, also considered as the "Barrio Angelino". Besides, she convinced the Mexican Soccer Federation's scouts.

Such was her impact that she was called up by Ana Galindo to play in the U17 World Cup held in India, where “El Tri” was disqualified in the Group Stage after falling in the decisive Match against Colombian National Team.
