The Alianza team: Access U-YSF won the two-time championship in the 2022 edition of the Surf Cup, one of the most important soccer tournaments in the United States.

Access U, a foundation designed to provide support to Hispanic futbol players in the recruitment process, who wish to obtain a university sports scholarship, together with Alianza de Futbol, formed the champion team for the second consecutive time in the Surf Cup.

For this year Access U-YSF was crowned undefeated in the ‘White’ division (category U19); however, the team with which they participated was category U17. What a feat!

With 17 goals scored and only two conceded in four games played, they defeated SoCal Elite FC B05 Academy 4-3 to the final in an intense penalty shootout.

With more than 200,000 participants, 1,500 university scouts annually and a great soccer quality in all its categories, Surf Cup Sports is one of the most influential and recognized organizers of youth sports events in the country. Congratulations to Access U-YSF on this great achievement!
