Dallas Hosts the Launch of the 20th Alianza de Futbol Tour

The 2024 Alianza de Futbol Tour kicked off with great success in Dallas, celebrating the twentieth anniversary of the country's largest Hispanic amateur soccer tour. Over the weekend, Dallas experienced a grand sports festival.

Soccer enthusiasts of all ages competed in the four circuit tournaments: Ford Copita Alianza, Verizon Copa Alianza, ViX Alianza Femenil, and 5v5, all vying to be crowned champions. The Allstate Sueño Alianza scouting program also saw great participation, with young talents chasing their dreams of entering professional soccer.

This event marked the beginning of the circuit, culminating with the National Showcase, featuring the traditional scarf ceremony with professional scouts from Liga MX, MLS, and the Mexican and U.S. Federations.

The Harold Patterson Sports Center was the epicenter of the action, gathering many fans. Among the attendees was Carlos Salcido, a legend of Chivas de Guadalajara and the Mexican National Team, who was present at the Ford booth.

Every year, Alianza de Futbol works tirelessly to present the best possible event, solidifying its position as the most recognized circuit for the Hispanic community in the United States. This year, one of the new features is the launch of the official tour merchandise line "Para La Cultura," celebrating with the entire community that has been present throughout these years.

The atmosphere and activities in the Alianza Village were a huge success. Fans participated in various activities and enjoyed the Euro 2024 matches on screens specially installed for the occasion.

In this edition, Allstate Sueño Alianza welcomed scouts from San Diego FC of MLS, Rayados de Monterrey, FC Juárez, Pachuca, Santos Laguna, and Atlético San Luis of Liga MX, who sought to recruit the best talents. Among the scouts present were:

-Marcos García (Club Pachuca)

-Víctor Rangel (San Luis)

-Ricardo Enríquez (Monterrey)

-Irving Enríquez (FC Juárez)

-Luis Alfonso Lugo (Santos)

-Jorge Tello (San Diego FC)

 

 

In the ViX Alianza Femenil tournament, team TMT claimed the title after defeating Indoor Soccer World in the final by (3) 0-0 (2). Meanwhile, Royalti FC has crowned the Verizon Copa Alianza champion in its new U23 category by defeating FC Dallas MTP 3-0.

 

 

The Ford Copita Alianza youth tournament had a great turnout, with 112 teams and 2,016 participants, making it one of the weekend's main attractions. Below is the list of winners in different categories:

U17: León FC Tyler defeated East Texas Longview 2-0.

U19: FC Juniors defeated East Texas FC 1-0.

U15: Aztecas SC Blue defeated Nacogdoches (4) 0-0 (3).

U12 Female: Fire FC defeated Texas United (8) 0-0 (7).

U13: Right FC defeated Molino FC 1-0.

U7: DKSC17B Bad Tops defeated Dallas Texans Rojas 4-1.

U15 Female: Irving United defeated Fire FC 3-2.

U11: DKSC Yanez defeated Rayados Irving 5-1.

U9: Supra United defeated Rayados Dallas Rod 3-1.

U18 Female: East Texas Jaguars defeated United FC (3) 0-0 (1).

 

 

 

Alianza 5v5, the lightning tournament, also saw significant participation, meeting the organization's expectations. The Alianza 5v5 winners were:

U14: Gadols defeated Leon FC Tyler 1-0.

U10: GTO defeated Kamila FC 2-1.

U18: Porto defeated Revolución 6-3.

U16: Most Wanted defeated Tejanos 7-1.

U12: Elite Premier defeated Attac FC 3-1.

 

 

Allstate Sueño Alianza's tryouts sold out, receiving 571 young Ad evaluated by professional scouts. Two youth players from Texas, Addisen Ramírez and Nathan Ochoa, impressed all scouts and received their scarves, qualifying them for the national event.

 

 

Meanwhile, US Soccer coaches conducted the Alianza Coaching Clinics, where twenty participants earned a Grassroots 9v9 license, enabling them to coach U11 and U12 teams.

Everything is set in San Antonio, Texas, to host the second stage of the Tour, which will take place on June 22 and 23.
