Talent splurge: more than 30 invitations in El Paso

The soccer abilities of hundreds of young athletes came to light in the ninth viewing date of Allstate Sueño Alianza. Three were the lucky ones to obtain the desired blue scarf and with it, their pass to the National Showcase, an event that gathers more than 25 scouts from professional teams.

Dereck Muñoz, Hector Orozco y Sal Olivas shined over the 600 youngsters that showed up to the tryouts where it wasn’t easy to determine the winners however the drive, determination and passion of the boys was more than enough to call them to action in this unique opportunity.

On the other hand, 23 players received a total of 39 invitations to try out with professional teams such as Pachuca, Chivas, FC Dallas, Philadelphia Union, Austin FC, Dynamo, Real Salt Lake, Mazatlán, Locomotive además de la Selección Mexicana y la US Soccer.
