The first leg of the 2023 Alianza de Fútbol Tour concluded with the crowning of the first champions of the Ford Copita Alianza in its various categories in Denver.

One hundred seven teams participated in the seven male categories and the female category of this competition for children and youth, totaling 1,638 participants who sought glory in Colorado.

Casa Thunders emerged victorious in the Sub 7 category after defeating Academia Santos Denver 1-0 in extra time. Meanwhile, Cosmos dominated the Sub-9 category with a 7-2 victory over the Aztecs. In the Sub-11 category, Centauros Soccer Academy asserted its authority by defeating Superstar Girls 6-0. In the Sub 13 category, Athletic Club claimed the title by defeating Roaring Fork 3-2. Athletic Club also emerged as champions in the Sub 15 category, overcoming DC Chivas 5-4. In the Sub-17 category, Red Stone prevailed with a 1-0 victory over Tortas FC. Finally, in the Sub-19 category, Internacional emerged victorious in an exciting penalty shootout against La Ciutat Santa Club de Fútbol.

In addition to the male categories, the Ford Copita Alianza also had an exclusive division for women. Xaloztoc secured victory with a 2-0 triumph over GC Sporting FC in an impactful match. This category featured the participation of four teams and 72 competitors.

Ford Copita Alianza also witnessed the awarding of the first prize of the "Ford Qué Golazo de Grant" initiative, which throughout the tour, will grant five thousand dollars and enrollment in the Alianza de Fútbol Access U Foundation to support the educational and sporting development of young people from minority communities in the United States.

The Ford Copita Alianza and Alianza de Fútbol Tour will continue its journey across the United States, with the next stop scheduled for June 17th and 18th in Dallas, Texas.
