Dallas, TX, June 19, 2023 - Deportivo Garland dominated the second round of ViX Alianza Femenil, the team that served as the foundation for Mendoza, the three-time consecutive champion, lifted the title in the Texan locality.

ViX Alianza Femenil, a tournament that sold out its registrations days before the competition began, featured eight teams and 160 competitors, offering great emotions that culminated with DEP Garland's coronation.

DEP Garland was superior to DI Brasil, the team they defeated 3-0 at the Harold Patterson Sports Center, winning a trophy that will be displayed in their showcases and prize money of two thousand dollars.

Garland now seeks to follow in the footsteps of Mendoza, as they have the core that dominated the Dallas round, where they fiercely competed for the competition's title. The squad included Carmen López, a Mexican U-20 national team player with outstanding development in youth leagues.

Thus, Garland brought the trophy home in a tournament that captured the attention of 28,244 football fans, setting the record for the highest attendance in the last three editions of the Dallas round.

ViX Alianza Femenil is one of the five properties in the 2023 Alianza de Futbol Tour, which also includes the Ford Copita Alianza, Verizon Copa Alianza, Alianza 5v5 tournaments, and the Allstate Sueño Alianza tryouts.
